The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum imposed the fine on Firstcry.com, Mahindra Retail Private Limited, Mall Road, and directed it to pay Rs 2,000 as compensation for mental harassment and Rs 2,000 for litigation expenses to Gagandeep Singh, a resident of Sector 23, Chandigarh.
